 Nipsey Hussle, an American rapper, had a net worth in excess of $8 million at his time of death. Tragically, Nipsey was murdered on March 31, 2019, outside of his LA clothing store at the age of 33. During his career, Nipsey collaborated with many high-profile artists including Rick Ross, Drake and Snoop Dog.He was born Ermias Asghedom on the 15th of August 1985 in Los Angeles, California to Angelique Smith and Dawit Asghedom. He was raised in the Crenshaw neighborhood in South Los Angeles with his brother Samuel and his sister Samantha. Alexander Hamilton High School was the high school he attended located in Castle Heights, but he quit the program before he graduated. He moved out of his home at 14 and joined the Crips, which was a gang that was primarily situated in Crenshaw. When Asghedom was 19, his father took him and his brother Samuel to the East African country of Eritrea for three months. Asghedom was credited with the trip leading him to become a community activist.In 2010, he was featured on the song "We are the World 25" in support of Haiti. He was also named one of XXL Magazine's annual Freshman Top Ten. This is a group of ten emerging artists. Hussle was signed by Epic Records in late 2010 He also established All Money, his own record label.
