Fox & Friends First, a Fox News breakfast television program airs each morning at 4 a.m. Eastern/Pacific. It airs every Monday at 4 am Eastern/ 1AM Pacific. It is broadcast every weekday at 4 a.m. Eastern/1 a.m. Pacific. Because of the nature and time of the show, guests are not likely to are featured, and the show is more on news updates, stories that feature correspondents, analysis from the hosts, and politics.When Fox and Friends First launched in March 2012, the executive producer of the show, Lauren Petterson, described the show to Fox News Insider this way: "Think of Fox and Friends First as Fox and Friends in a way, but with more. It will have all the good things about Fox and Friends, but at a rapid pace. It's a cheatsheet, or a cheat sheet for the major stories of the day. ..."
