 Beauty Point is an upscale community in Mosman located outside of Sydney, Australia. It's also home to six residences that belong to a mysterious 32-year-old billionaire named Zhang Bo, and a recent Daily Mail report says that Zhang Bo almost never spends time in one of the homes rather than keeping them vacant for the majority of the year, as per the neighbors.Zhang has bought all six properties in the past two and a half years beginning in June 2017, when he bought the first one for $6.2 million. The most recent purchase was on the 21st of October the year. He paid around $3 million for his most recent acquisition in the area. In all, he's spent around $37 million on the properties, but no one seems to know why since they've been mostly empty since he bought them.No one knows what the motive behind why Zhang bought these properties so all in one location however one thing that is known about him is that he emigrated to Australia from China's Guangdong Province, and now is a citizen of Australian citizenship. It is not clear where he spends his most time.
