Nicolas Cantu, the second child of three was born in Austin. His mom noticed at birth that he was a social and alert child, who was aware of the world around him. His mother noticed that he was an extremely active and social child, that translated into an enthusiastic boy who expressed his desire to be an actor at seven years old. He couldn't contain his desire to practice and perform self-created roles, routines, as well as voices at home, and in school, he participated in all of the school plays, his first one being "The Bear Was Over the Mountain.' The tiny boy with the big talent couldn't be restricted to the tiny stage. Soon, he began professional acting, appearing in an industrial film made for the City of San Antonio followed by three commercials for national television. The experience only ignited the flame of enthusiasm in Nicolas to pursue more and greater things, and his supportive mom did something to help. Then, he was transported to Hollywood by his mother, where he contacted an agent and was offered a regular role as Prince James in Sofia the First (2012). Nicolas, who now lives in Los Angeles full-time , was unstoppable and scored several commercials.
