Tran-Jeong

 Tran Jeong is a Vietnamese-American family physician. She is married to actor Ken Jeong, who is well-known for his character of Ben Chang in the sitcom Community as well as the criminal Leslie Chow in The Hangover film series. Tran is from Vietnamese descent, however, she was born in the United States. She received her degree from UCLA's David Geffen School for Medicine. She has been a family physician for nearly two decades. In 2002, when she was working at Kaiser Permanente in West California she was introduced to Ken who was one of her coworkers. They had a relationship for two years before becoming married in the year 2004. Tran as well as her husband share twin daughters, Zooey and Alexa. In 2008, just a year after the birth of their twins, Tran was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then, she underwent 16 chemotherapy sessions as well as a mastectomy. Later she received radiation therapy. Her husband took care of her throughout the whole ordeal. The doctors told her in October of 2010 that she was no longer suffering from cancer. Presently, Tran Jeong and her family reside in Los Angeles, California, and she also has a clinic in Woodland Hills, California.
