 Steve Harvey is one of the most well-known personalities on television. The comedian who is 60 has accomplished many things throughout his long and successful career however, the work he performs through his foundation that is called the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation is perhaps what he is most satisfied with. Last week though, Harvey was hit with an enormous lawsuit filed by someone who claims he wasn't paid for his work for the foundation.Vincent Dimmock filed a lawsuit against Steve Harvey for refusing to give him a percentage of the amount of money the foundation raised. According to the suit Dimmock was hired in April of this year by Harvey to raise $20 million for Harvey’s foundation. The foundation also offered him 12.5 percent of the money raised. Dimmock says in the suit that he was set to get access to major entertainers, high-level executives politicians, as well as an ex-President. Dimmock affirms that he ended with a pledge of $20 million.Dimmock asserts in the suit that, after he had paid the initial $1 million, Harvey refused to pay him the previously agreed-upon commission. Dimmock also claims that , after organizing an appointment with Harvey and an investor, the 'Family Fight host then spoke negative about several prominent people in the gathering.
