 Meek Mill is an American artist, rapper and activist with a a net worth of 20 million dollars. Meek Mill is one of the most well-known musicians around the globe today.Robert Rahmeek Williams, better known professionally as Meek Mill, was born on May 6, 1987 in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Meek's father was killed in an attempted robbery at the age of was five years old. His mother Kathy employed at a variety of jobs to help support her family after he died with her husband. At times, she was forced to resort to shopping for herself. When she was a child, Meek was shy. His uncle was the legendary DJ Grandmaster Nell, who was part of the late 1980s Philadelphia hip-hop scene. DJ Grandmaster Nell had a profound influence on Will Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff. When he was a teenager, Meek began participating in rap battles as Meek Millz. He started the rap group The Bloodhoundz with three friends. When he turned 18 years old, Meek was detained for illegally posing with a firearm when police stopped him on his way to a corner shop. Meek was severely beaten by police that his lips and eyes swelled up. The braid on his head was also cut. The police said Meek ran after them with a gun and attempted to kill them. Meek was put on probation.
