 According to court papers from the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Wambles pleaded not guilty to one charge of "accessory in connection with second-degree murder with firearm." Wambles admitted no contest to one count of "accessory after the fact to murder in the second degree using a firearm" in court records from the 14th Judicial District of Florida.She is one of three individuals charged with the murder, including her boyfriend at the time, William Parker, and Jeremie Peters.Investigators believe Parker and Peters, who are currently awaiting trial for a charge of second-degree murder by using firearm, was person who killed Guillen.Peters was sentenced to 20 years of prison time in June this year on charges of accessory after the fact to second-degree murder using a firearm, and conspiring to commit first degree tampering the testimony of a witness.Wambles got a plea deal to testify against Peters and Parker.Police found Guillen's remains by an unmarked road in Graceville, Florida in August of 2020.The body was discovered rotting in a shallow grave weeks after cadaver dogs marked the area and Guillen's daughter, Rosa Ambriz, had declared him missing.Guillen's roommate had also contacted the Jackson County Sheriff's Office and informed officers that she believed the body was his.
