Emilia Clarke

 Emilia Isobel Euphemia Rose Clarke born 23 October 1986 is a British actress best known for her character as Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones. Her achievements include such as an Empire Award, a Saturn Award and four Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Clarke was named one of the 100 most influential persons in 2019 by Time magazine. She studied at the Drama Centre London and appeared in many stage productions. Her television debut was a guest appearance in the BBC One medical soap drama Doctors in the year 2009. She was also named one of Screen International magazine's "UK Stars of Tomorrow" for her part in Triassic Attack (2010). Clarke was the first actress to portray Daenerys Targaryen, the main character of HBO's epic fantasy TV show Game of Thrones (2011–2019). She also played Nina in the West End production of The Seagull that was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
