Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson grew up in Mexico with a family that was devoted to music. As a child, she was exposed to many traditional music as well as old boleros. In addition, she was a fan of the traditional romance ballads as well as ranchero. Ana is a fan of tangos and operas as well as other dramatic shows. Her mother taught her to sing. However, she started intensive training in vocals by Flavio Belcerra when she was just 16 years old. the singer was famous as a Mexican opera Tenor. Her musical education continued at the School of Music of the University of Guadalajara, and afterward to the School of Sacred Music in Toluca, Mexico. When she was a student, as well as a young professional within Mexico City and Guadalajara she was a member of several chamber ensembles and choruses. When she moved in the United States in 2000, she sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before making the move to her current residence in the southern part of California. She's a frequent solo performer at private parties and events, performing the traditional Latin American Music. As a musician and teacher Ana is a dedicated participant in numerous community projects due to her enthusiasm and enthusiasm for music. Ana has also been a former participant in the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana is privileged to be able bring to others her passion for the tradition of Latin American music. She hopes this can inspire younger generations to continue the tradition.
