 Maria Menounos is a Greek-American actress, journalist, TV presenter, and journalist who has a an estimated net worth of $20 million. Maria Menounos's job as a TV correspondent with Today, Extra and Access Hollywood is the reason she's most well-known. She was born on the 8th of June 1978 in Medford, Massachusetts, to Greek immigrants Costas and Litsa Menounos. She was born in Massachusetts, Medford to Greece-born Costas and Lisa Menounos. The couple moved into the United States before her birth. They were employed as nightclub Janitors. She attended the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church growing up. She attended Medford High School. Menounos at the age of 17 produced an independent fairytale film named "Land of Merry Misfits". In 1995, she began competing in beauty contests which she was crowned in 2006. In 2006, she took home the title as Miss Massachusetts Teen USA. Menounos later attended Emerson College, where she was a member of Emerson Independent Video. Emerson Independent Video organization. Emerson College was her alma mater. While in school, she had worked as a reporter for Channel One News. In her ten minute segments, Menounos had many memorable assignments, including travelling in El Salvador to report on the El Salvador earthquakes, interviewing NATO aircrew aboard the plane in Operation Eagle Assist, and talking to President George W. Bush.
