 Island Boys are American social media stars and hip-hop duo active in the video-sharing platform TikTok. Kodiyakredd as well as Flyysoulja are two twin brothers hailing from Coral Springs in Florida. They became famous with their track "I'm an island Boy".While being in prison as teens, the brothers decided to pursue a rap career. In the month of October, 2021, a video of the two performing their song became to the top of Twitter. The pair's distinctive appearance, including tattoos, diamond teeth, and vertical dreadlocks helped turn their video into a meme that gained traction on TikTok. They later rejected a recording deal together with Kodak Black. The video's original version garnered nine million views before it was deleted.That month of November, the pair came out with a full-length version of their viral hit song, "I'm an Island Boy" which was accompanied by an music video. The duo promoted the release with a bad performance in Club LIV, Miami. In May 2022 they were announced as the Island Boys were invited to be part of the reality series Ultimate Social Boxing.] The following month, the documentary Trolled Trolled: The Untold Island Boys Story, detailing the professional and personal lives of twins was released.
