The actress is most famous for her role as Jane Kerkovich-Williams as Jane Kerkovich-Williams in ABC Comedy, Happy Endings and as Denise "Jo" Mahoney in the two final seasons of Scrubs. Her birthplace was in Plymouth, New Hampshire on April 6, 1980. Coupe completed her studies at her school, the California Institute of the Arts in the fall of 1999, and then went on to study Improve comedy in The Groundlings and ImprovOlympic.
