Belfort

 Jordan Ross Belfort is an American businessman, financial criminal and former stockbroker. Belfort was born on the 9th of July, 1962. In 1999, he was convicted of guilty to fraud and related crimes in connection with stock-market manipulation as well as running an office as part of a penny-stock fraud. Belfort served 22 months of prison as per an agreement in which he was required to testify against his subordinates and partners involved in the fraud scheme. The year 2007 was the time he published The Wolf of Wall Street that was later made into for a Martin Scorsese movie of the same title released in 2013. Leonardo DiCaprio played him in the movie. Belfort graduated from American University in Biology. Belfort planned on using the earnings from Loewenstern to pay for dental school. So he was accepted into The University of Maryland School of Dentistry. The Dean of the school had said to him on his first daythat "The dental profession's golden age is now over. If you're here simply because you're trying to earn a lot of cash, you're at the wrong place. Belfort's first wife Denise Lombardo and Belfort divorced during the time he was running Stratton Oakmont. He later married Nadine Caridi, a British-born, Bay Ridge
