McTavish

 Graham McTavish (born 4 January 1961) is an actor from Scotland. He is a Scottish actor and author. His roles include Dwalin in The Hobbit movie trilogy, Vlad Dracula Tepes, Loki, in several Marvel animated projects, William Munny and the Saint of Killers in the AMC series Preacher and Dougal MacKenzie as well as his portrayals as William Buccleigh MacKenzie and William Buccleigh MacKenzie in the Starz's Outlander series. He is also known for his part in the video game franchise Uncharted as the principal antagonist Zoran Lazarevic in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Charlie Cutter in Uncharted 3 Drake's Deception.In 2020, McTavish and Outlander co-star Sam Heughan wrote Clanlands: Whisky, Warfare, and an Scottish Adventure Like No Other that ranked the top spot at No. 1 on the New York Times' Best Seller Lists for hardcover nonfiction as well as combined print and e-book nonfictionDuring the school year, McTavish and a friend wrote and performed comedy sketches, which led to his drama teacher asking him to step in to play a character in the film The Rivals after the principal actor fell ill. McTavish went on to study at Queen Mary University of London where he earned an undergraduate degree in English literature.
