Vanessa Ray Liptak (born June 24 31st, 1981) is an American actress. Her most well-known role is her part in the television show Pretty Little Liars as Charlotte Drake and for her roles in the roles of Jenny on the legal drama series Suits, Teri Ciccone on the soap opera As the World Turns, Officer Eddie Janko Reagan from the long-running family-police drama Blue Bloods, and Maggie "Rocker" Sheldon on White Collar.Ray earned her Actors' Equity Society card while performing the role of Rusty as well as singing "Let's Hear It For the Boy" in the musical Footloose. She was the Nemo character in Robert Lopez and Kristin Lopez’s Finding Nemo: The Musical, the Orlando-based Disney World. Ray was the character Olive Ostrovsky in the national tour of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. In her last year as Crissy she joined the Broadway Hair cast and sang "Frank Mills". In the video-short, aimed at youth The Sparky Chronicles: The Map, she made her screen debut as Chris. (2003)
