Sir Michael Philip Jagger, born on July 26, 1943 is an English musician and singer. Jagger is famous for his role as lead vocalist and founding member of the band The Rolling Stones. His collaboration with Keith Richards remains one of the most successful partnerships in the history of music. Jagger's six-decade-long career spans over six decades. Jagger is widely considered as one of the most influential and popular frontmen in rock music history. His distinctive voice and energetic live performances, in addition to Richards guitar style are the Rolling Stones' trademark throughout the band's entire career. Jagger's drug addiction and romantic relationships earned the band a lot of press interest. He was also portrayed as a rebel. Jagger was born in Dartford. After attending the London School of Economics, Jagger was a member of the Rolling Stones to continue his studies. Jagger has written most of the Rolling Stones' songs together with Richards, and they continue to perform together.
